Summary
Virgil, at only 8 years old, had resigned himself to being alone for the rest of his life.
He had his roommate, he had the owner of the orphanage. But he didn’t have a family, or even any friends his own age. Nobody wanted a kid that they couldn’t watch grow up, and nobody wanted to be friends with the quiet little weirdo.
That was what he thought, at least. Until a powder blue car pulled into the orphanage driveway and turned everything he thought he knew on its head.
Or: Virgil gets adopted by vampires, falls in love with a werewolf, pisses of a couple of fae, and indirectly gives a witch a semi-permanent stress headache.
