Summary
Nothing graphic in flashback.
After Jane kills Hoyt, her nightmares don't exactly go away. And in them, Jane is married to Maura, so when Hoyt captures them in her dreams, she's the husband. Watching, helpless, the way she had been in the basement.
Luckily Maura is there to help her seperate reality from fear.

Jane brushed her hands over her crying, vulnerable friend, making soothing little noises, pushing down the rising tension from the brush of Maura's fingers on her bare arms, of the nuance of Maura's lips brushing against Jane's chest, where Maura's head was pressed, wet now with Maura's tears.
"He's dead, he's never going to hurt you again," Jane said fiercely, pulling Maura tighter. Weird dreams or not, Maura was the person she'd kill for. The person she'd die for. The person she'd fight for.

Some steam included (quite literally).
Mostly canon-compliant minus the details of Kjotve’s demise. He died this way so the plot could thicken.

Not in, like, a gay way. She just looks up at Jane with shining eyes and plants one on her. Sometimes it's followed with a slurred 'I freaking love you', and sometimes it's preceded by it. Jane learns her tells pretty quickly, but she never has the heart to dodge them.
