Eijun glances away, and when he looks back, his eyes are hooded, cheeks flushed. “Did you know Christmas day is supposed to be for lovers?” he asks quietly, words shaky, as if he might realize the significance of this moment, too.
Kazuya takes a deep breath, heart in his throat. “Is that so?” he asks.
Eijun nods, gaze jumping between Kazuya’s eyes and his mouth, free hand sliding up Kazuya’s side. “Yeah.”
Kazuya brushes his palm down the length of Eijun’s neck. “Did you… want to do something,” he begins, “To celebrate that?”

Because Sawamura is notoriously terrible at answering his emails, Miyuki doesn’t expect a response for another day or two, but his phone buzzes several hours later, when he’s in the middle of pan frying mackerel. “Hello?”
“You can’t just send me stuff like that with no context, Miyuki Kazuya.” The familiar tones of Sawamura’s voice rumble through his ear, so loud that Miyuki has to pull the phone away from his face. “What do you mean, pretend to go out with you?”
Miyuki asks Sawamura to do him a favor.
