Summary
Something has been weird about Izuku lately. Nobody’s seen him in months, and he hardly answers messages and calls. When he rarely does, he acts suspicious and avoidant, ducking out of any and all plans to see his former classmates, or even his mentor.
Katsuki, for one, has had just about enough of this, and plots to get Izuku out of the house and hopefully out with his feelings about whatever’s been going on lately. He just hopes the nerd won’t do what he usually does, shoving his own issues down so far and so much that they eventually explode.

Summary
Katsuki and his friends are on their way to a Halloween party when suddenly and randomly, Katsuki starts hearing voices. Or, rather, one voice. He doesn’t know who it is or where it’s coming from, but it seems to know him well.
He isn’t sure how to feel about that, and he’s even less sure of how to figure out where it’s coming from. There’s got to be a believable explanation for this, after all.

Katsuki is heir to the throne of her family’s powerful kingdom in Ancient Japan. Her girlfriend and childhood playmate, Izuku, is a powerful cat spirit who lives in the mountains near the palace grounds— a place that citizens of the kingdom are forbidden to enter, since it is the territory of vicious nekomata, beastly feline spirits that hunt and prowl through the wilderness for their next victim.
Obviously that isn’t enough to deter Katsuki, whose never been one for her parents rules as the crown princess. She could protect herself, damnit! All she wanted was to see Izuku, who’d gone radio-silent for a few weeks too long. Fuck the monarchy and fuck the monsters, Katsuki was determined to find her lover after so long apart. She needed to let Izuku know how much she mis— how PISSED she is about being ghosted for so long.

Shouto's relationship with Katsuki and Izuku is one that not many, even those involved, are able to fully understand. He's their best friend, their most trusted person, and the one they've been through the most with, besides each other. There's no one they're more comfortable with than Shouto, and he feels the same way about them.
If you saw him with one or the other and you didn't know better, you'd assume they were in a romantic relationship. The way he talks about them, the way he seeks them out first in a crowded room, the way he's physical and affectionate with them in ways that no one else will ever be—
Yeah, not even Izuku and Katsuki know what the status of their relation to Shouto is. But they're more than willing to have him in their space, in every way— even the most intimate ones.

Hikaru blinked, the shock turning into a fake pout. “Stop what? Being nice to you? You’re so mean today, Yoshiki, seriously…” He wiggled, trying to get him off. He brushed against Yoshiki’s chest, sending a jolt down Yoshiki’s spine.
“This!” Yoshiki hissed, his face close to Hikaru’s. He could see the long lashes around his eyes that looked different now – not scared, but realizing something. “The talking, the touching, the… the way you hang all over me. You can’t do that! You can’t act like that and then pretend it’s nothing.”

Kaiser seems caught, his gaze fixed on the stark white color of Isagi’s hair with an intensity that makes his chest tighten. Finally, he breaks the silence. “Yoichi,” Kaiser says quietly, and for once, there’s no edge to his voice, just an openness that feels almost… hesitant. “Can I-“ he stops, then clears his throat, his voice a little softer, a little lower. “Can I touch it?”
Isagi’s breath catches. He’s not sure if it’s from the shock of hearing Kaiser actually ask, or from the strange flutter of nerves in his stomach. It feels oddly intimate, this request, and he knows he could say no- but he doesn’t want to.
“Yeah,” he murmurs, barely meeting Kaiser’s eyes. “Go ahead.”

He almost loses his footing on the stairs, sight hindered by a pile of buckets, and a couple of things fall as he is saved by another student, scratching his right arm hard against the railing.
“Are you alright?”
Something hiccups, stops, tumbles down the stairs. It’s the pile of empty buckets encrusted with paint, Till notices distantly, but he can’t see them.
Instead, he sees black. Black hair, black eyes, all in the right hue, and the beginning of a black sweater under a pair of headphones snuggled around a neck. It is so absurd that no words get out, his mind dizzy and playing statics in an unnerving loop.
Till licks his lips, feels electricity in his veins, tries to swallow and fails, throat dry. Says, “Ivan?”Ivan and Till have a second chance, if they decide to grab it.
