Kissing Light quiets the bells. If they keep kissing, maybe L won't have to die.

Summary
L is thrusting a handle into himself. An object with a large rectangular head.
“That’s my hairbrush!” Light says. He hurries to cover his mouth, but it’s too late, L has turned to him, half-lidded and panting.
“Yeah.” L responds, before lowering his hand to continue fucking himself.
L is masturbating next to Light. Which is fine.

Summary
Light doesn’t let himself wonder why he does these things. He doesn’t think about it. He behaves as he’s compelled to and he blames L for everything.
It’s easy for everything to be L’s fault, so it probably is. It makes sense. Light didn’t have to write in a journal every day, twice a day, before being the main suspect of a murder investigation and locked in a cell for nearly two months. Light didn’t have thoughts like this– red-tinged thoughts, degrading thoughts, panicked and obsessive thoughts– before he knew L. Right?

Do you remember being Kira? Do you remember? What do you remember? Why did you forget?

Summary
“Do you find it distracting?” L asked silkily, like Light was some high school boy who couldn’t focus on his homework because of a bra strap, or rather, lack of one. The offense was practically a physical blow. Light’s surging blood had risen, and she would have torn herself from the chain and fled, if she could.
-
Unfortunately for Light, L likes to go about her day and night without wearing a bra underneath her milky-white shirt. This is proving to be a problem, considering she's handcuffed wrist-to-wrist with her for the foreseeable future.

Summary
After entering a precarious truce, L and Light get an apartment together and try to maintain a balance of power while their egos continue to clash. Light thinks he’s tamed an exotic pet into submission and L thinks he’s finessed a serial killer into doing his laundry. They’re both kinda right.

Summary
"Go to sleep, Kira."
"Okay," Kira says. "I mean I'm not-- ugh. Quit laughing at me."
L does not quit laughing at him.
"I want your pelt on my floor," he says, and Kira's hips roll. He grumbles,
"That's a very offensive thing to say, Ryuzaki."
L shuts the laptop and puts it aside.
"Let me skin you."

Summary
“Tell me,” L repeats, “what you think happened last night. I assure you that nothing you did I consider a humiliation.”
“Oh my god,” Light mumbles, squeezing his eyes shut. He opens them again before L can tell him to, and stares into the black void that seems so eager to swallow him whole.
L waits, gripping Light’s chin between his thumb and forefinger.
“I…” he wracks his brain, but all he can come up with is the sensation of heat. “I don’t know what happened, or how I got into your side of the bed. I only know–” Light feels his face getting hotter, and he averts his eyes from L’s to stare at a point on his cheek. “I only know how I woke up this morning, and it’s really seeming like you might have had something to do with that.”
—
