Summary
Kaiya grew up in a world where everyone wanted to be a hero. Fighting villains and rescuing people from disaster was the dream of almost every child in her generation. However, she saw what that life did to heroes, the pressure and mental strain, and wondered, "Who will save the heroes from themselves?"
Thus, her dream was born: to be a healer for the mind, a therapist, who helped heroes handle the wounds left on their minds and hearts by the evil they faced daily. Her mother urged her to apply for a special program at UA High, one that would enable her to interact with heroes while pursuing her goals.
When she received her acceptance letter, she knew the future would be difficult but thought she was prepared for whatever challenged UA brought her. There was no way she could have expected the chaos that seemed to circle around one class in particular: 1-A of the Hero Course. Neither could she have predicted the chaos they would cause in her heart.
(I know that last bit sounds kinda romantic-y but I promise that it's just because she's an awkward bean that can't express emotion to save her life and doesn't know how to handle friendship- (you know, that kinda sounds like early Todoroki-))

Summary

Summary
Maggie had not thought much about the Harry Potter franchise in over five years. She saw no reason to dwell on it when she had much more important issues, like getting into law school and taking care of her little brother. The contents of a children's series from a decade ago written by an author who would've been better served staying off the internet would hardly serve her outside of a game of Jeopardy.
A magical couple in another universe feels differently. They have no problem with flipping her life inside out to prove her wrong.
Follow Maggie, now Meg, as she tries to navigate a world she thought she had left behind, juggle the burden of a new bloodline, and protect the kids she has all but adopted as her own.
I suck at summaries. Just bear with me, please.
