And Ver is helpless to resist; never able to and never wanting to, and so, it is only cursedly natural for a gasp to be wringed out when Doppio bites down on his clavicle.
Everything stings – the sweat trickling into his eyes, Doppio’s sharp-edged canines, the squeeze of his heart yearning to break out from its cage of ribs; offering itself to be consumed by the man so close yet so far.
It’s unfair. It’s unfair.
or, to keep his position as student council president secure, ver enters a fwb with doppio to improve his strength and stamina. yet even copious rounds of "training" can’t make ver’s heart all-too-weak when doppio’s around.

“So,” Doppio started again, after a brief pause. There was a clear shift in his tone. Gradient eyes turn into crescents as his smile widens, the honey yellow of his irises practically glowing. “What was that thing you said about me?”

Shu Yamino considers himself a pretty normal guy. He has an ordinary life and works at a run-of-the-mill tech repair store in an unremarkable neighborhood. He lives with his modest parents and his typically loud brother. He enjoys a simple relationship with his hot athletic boyfriend. He even has a normal sleep schedule—which, okay, is totally a lie, but that doesn’t explain why Shu is currently getting manhandled out of a car with a bag around his head!!!
In which Shu learns that Luca wasn't joking about being a mean and evil mafia boss.

Summary

(A canon divergence of the original PIDW where, instead of going into the caves behind Qiong Ding Peak himself to cultivate, Shen Qingqiu sends Luo Binghe there under the guise of training. Which should have been a great opportunity for him! Really! Unfortunately, Liu Qingge still goes into qi deviation nearby.)
