Summary
The Fount of Knowledge has locked himself within his spire in an attempt to find a cure to his fellow Virtue's corruption. But being the final Virtue to fall has taken its toll on the Fount. He is working himself day and night without rest to try and find a way to cure it. Every time he thinks he is getting somewhere it turns out to be a dead end. He is working himself into exhaustion despite not needing to sleep or eat to survive.
That is until there is a knock on the door of his spire. Who or what could that be?

Summary
The first time the anomaly happened, he’d dropped his quill. A spark of magic energy had shot through his heart like an arrow, making him jolt at his desk where he was in the middle of writing his most recent magic theorems into a comprehensive book for his students. He blinks down at the page, the ink slowly spreading from the blot where the quill had landed, ruining his progress on that page quite thoroughly.
Something or someone was in his Spire.
His Spire was his sanctuary. So who was it that dared to trespass so late?
The Fount finds something new in his Spire, a ratty cookie with no memories. Already falling apart in his duty as the Fount of Knowledge, he throws his everything into fixing the issue and enjoying the light the other brings to his life. Perhaps this other could cure the darkness that was chilling his soul.
