Summary

Uther was furious, of course, but there was nothing he could do without upsetting the balance of the kingdom.
Merlin, rushing to finish his chores before he and Arthur were due to meet with the king, was knocked through a window by a passing servant. At that very moment, Uther and Arthur were walking through the courtyard. They heard Merlin scream, and Arthur ran, reaching out desperately, begging internally to reach him before he hit the ground.

Aizawa held up the torn page, raising a brow at Izuku. The panic that seized the boy’s bones was icy, as his mind scrambled for some kind of excuse or explanation.
“Midoriya,” the teacher began, his voice unnaturally rough. “Where did you learn this name?”
Or; Izuku is traumatised and he’s seeing ghosts. His classmates, and eventually his teachers, notice that something’s off about him.
Unfortunately, so do the spirits.
