Naruto and Sakura have not been on a mission together in years when Kakashi taps them to track down a target using an unusual form of fūinjutsu to wreak havoc throughout the countryside, which shouldn't be such a big deal but life uh... finds a way.

Someone unfamiliar with the Moonchanter might have interpreted the way she had lunged, the way she had frantically grabbed and groped at Nefer's body as if she was claiming it as her own, as something possessive—something unabashedly dominant. But as Nefer drew a firm line down her back, her sharp talon surely leaving a mark, she smiled wide as Lauma sobbed above her. The idea that she was the one taking anything was laughable. This was nothing but a desperate plea from a woman on the brink of collapse, so pent up and empty-headed that she had bothered to ask a question that she already knew the answer to.
Lauma has come down with something serious and is unable to leave her small home in the Frostmoon Enclave. Nefer offers to help take care of her in any way she can.
