Isagi navigates the minefield that is Kaiser's mind with ease. Takes him apart and puts him back together with skillful hands and a knowing smile. It's scary, the way it leaves Kaiser utterly defenseless.
It's also strangely freeing. To stop thinking about how he presents himself, about who he is. What he is.
He wants Isagi to experience that. Last time felt good. Really, really good and Kaiser wants to see it if he can do the same for him.

99% of the problem lies with Michael Kaiser and the fact that he’s six feet tall, sexy as shit, and has a picture with the CEO pinned on his LinkedIn. He's been here for less than a year and already signs his emails off with his initials because he thinks he's better than everyone else, which is not true because he's obnoxious. He's egotistical. He's a top-tier A-level pain in the ass.
The other 1% lies with Yoichi, whose brain has decided it wants to have sex with him.
