“You alright there?” a soft tentative voice asks from above him, and when Shouto looks up, his pounding heart stops mid beat. Holy shit.

It's fucking bullshit: Katsuki only agreed to get some damsel-in-distress. He did not agree to babysit a talkative pink donkey, an over dramatic, anthropomorphic cat with a tiny sword, or a gingerbread cookie with an inane amount of frosting to hold his limbs together. There's at least another person who's not an animal, who has a sensible head and tells the animals to shut up every once in a while.
