“Oh, really, without a shadow of a doubt. You should even be grateful I gave you at least 5 minutes of deep slumber,” Seonghyeon says as he stares at the watch on his left wrist.
“Alright then, can you be a darling and let me sleep for a couple more minutes? It won't hurt.” Keonho pouts and bats his eyelashes.
Accurate to the core of the Gryffindor student's prediction, Seonghyeon's face visibly froze for a few milliseconds, confused by the sheer audacity of his schoolmate.
They barely interacted in the corridors, the Great Hall, the Courtyard, the shops at Hogsmeade, and wherever they might be. Their paths never crossed outside of the quidditch field. Even so, they have different positions. Seonghyeon is Ravenclaw's seeker, while Keonho is Gryffindor's beater. So, their only interactions were grunting, pushing, pulling, and shouting profanities at each other while riding on top of their brooms. The loudest yet silent profanity for Seonghyeon was getting knocked by a bludger that Keonho swung with his bat.
Little did they know, it was the turn of a page for their own kind of Hogwarts adventure.

Furiosa is a seemingly mute woman who stands firm with purpose and destination, but she does not have a plan to walk and run just yet.
Seeing values in each other and drawing to each other, they will have to compromise. Talking late at night and offering kindness—things no two insane people have done at Citadel.

Soonyoung might have his quirks but Jun trusts he’s not a poor judge of character. If Soonyoung is willing to be friends with someone, and especially recommend that specific someone to live with him, they must be someone decent at least, not a complete psycho or whatnot.
Getting married to a stranger was outside of his considerations, but right now it seems like the easiest option.

“Do you have nightmares? About what you’ve done to people?” Henry asks.
“No,” Vincenzo says almost immediately. “I thought I would, but I don’t. The…” he trails off. “The source of nightmares is fear. I’m not afraid. I haven’t been afraid in a long time.”
There’s a long pause before Henry speaks. “I’m jealous,” he says, his voice faint, as he rolls over and tucks his face properly into Vincenzo’s shoulder. “I’m scared of death. Of dying.”
Vincenzo drags his fingers through Henry’s hair lazily, mulling over his words before he speaks, each word chosen carefully. “To me, death is a mercy. There are far worse things that could happen to me than death. I’m thankful to the man who kills me one day, because if I’m killed, then it means those I’ve tried to protect have had more time to get themselves to safety.”
