Kiyoomi and Lev are no strangers to not seeing each other for weeks at a time, but that's not to say they're used to it. The time he gets to have his boyfriend to himself is precious, so Kiyoomi rarely even wants to leave the apartment, let alone drive an hour into Kobe for lunch. “You want to model for me?” Till asks slowly, just to make sure. “You’re gonna have to get, like, nude and stuff.” He feels heat flood to his cheeks, but Ivan still looks completely unfazed.
“That’s fine.”
Till sits up. “You didn’t even shower with the guys on your team back in high school,” he says pointedly. He gestures to Ivan’s current outfit: slacks with a polo shirt under his varsity jacket. “You hate showing skin.” It’s not something Ivan’s ever said, but Till picked up on it slowly over the years. Ivan’s always careful to cover everything in a way that seems almost compulsive. It started their last year of middle school. Till still doesn’t know why.
“If it’s just the two of us, then it’s fine,” Ivan says plainly.

When Ivan offers to help him practice figure drawing for class, Till is unprepared for the modeling sessions to stir up long-denied feelings within him.
