Summary
“I asked you a question, Hyunjin-ssi.”
Hyunjin is transfixed as the TA stands up and undoes the first two buttons of his shirt, blinding him with the sight of his perfect neck and collarbone. He then leans forward, giving Hyunjin a clear view of the inside of his shirt—completely visible even from where Hyunjin is sitting.
Hyunjin swallows again.
“Or maybe I should give you some motivation to answer my question first? From experience, people do better when the appeal of a reward is enticing enough.”
He finishes unbuttoning his shirt, leaning his weight on the hand still pressed to the desk. Hyunjin remains motionless, enraptured by the sight in front of him, ignoring the shift in the room’s atmosphere.
“Is this a good enough reward, Hyunjin-ah?”
He lets the name linger on his tongue, making sure to keep his voice low and wispy, and it tickles Hyunjin’s ears.
“Yes.”
Or: Hyunjin needs tutoring from his TA to help him pass a required class and keep his spot on the soccer team. He claims he isn't stupid, but his ability to read the date correctly says otherwise.
FORMERLY A ONESHOT, Main story until Ch 3. Ch 4 Epilogue on the way!

Summary
“Come on, Minho. The water’s nice!” Chaeryeong calls out from behind Seungmin.
Minho, still in his cream shirt and baby blue beach shorts, pulls one of the lounge chairs towards the pool area. “I’m good, thanks.”
He sits down, elbows resting on his knees, one hand holding onto his cup of now-warm whiskey. Seungmin looks at Minho and freezes. From his vantage point, Minho is sitting right in front of one of the overhead lights in the dining area; his backlit silhouette makes Seungmin’s chest squeeze, the pale white light twinkling behind the sharp edge of a jawline. Seungmin swallows absentmindedly and nearly chokes on a mouthful of pool water.
OR
Kim Seungmin starts a new job and learns to navigate dealing with new people and new feelings in the workplace.

Summary
By every available metric, Yang Jeongin is a well-adjusted adult.
He pays his rent early. He has a ten-step skincare routine. He calls his eomma weekly. He writes on his coworker's birthday cards. He has never once raised his voice in a meeting, even during the Hot Churn Summer of '25, where a fourth of their client list decided to all end their contracts in the same quarter, and the founder was grilling him for reasons beyond his control. He is, by broad and sincere consensus, one of the nicest people at the company, a genuine delight, sweet sweet Jeongin.
And then Kim Seungmin walks past his desk, and Jeongin has to quickly close the browser tab where he was researching how long a body takes to decompose in a server room.

Summary
Jisung hummed. “Do we…I mean…I wasn’t sure if you still wanted to have a party with Felix and me. You know, for our birthdays.” He cringed as he said it, as if it sounded dumb to speak aloud.
Seungmin did look up at him for this, meeting his eyes. “Of course I want to. Why wouldn’t we? It’s our twenty-first.”
He scoffed at that. “You know why. I thought you never wanted to talk to me again.”
“I never said that.”
“Right, but you didn’t answer my texts for literally four months, so. I’m not an idiot?”
Seungmin frowned, squinting. He did have a point. “Fair,” he voiced. “I think I just needed time to get over it. But unfortunately, you’re too cute and fun to talk to, to stay away from for long.”
Wait, he didn’t just say that, did he? Jisung didn’t pick up on that, surely…
“Cute?”
-----
Jisung and Seungmin have been inseparable since childhood, bonded by their love for baseball. Now in college, the silent tension between them is palpable. Despite their growing distance, neither can shake the deep feelings they’ve harbored for years.

"Be honest, hyung," Seungmin murmurs, breaths puffing out against Minho's lips. "You wanted me specifically, yeah? Wanted me to be the one to take your virginity. That's why you came all the way down to the club, all dolled up, and fell right into my lap."
(or: minho's friends won't shut up about kim seungmin's magic dick. minho decides he needs to experience the magic firsthand.)

Summary
“Well Seungmin, let me put it like this for you.” Hyunjin said, stepping closer to him.
“If you’re hesitating because you don’t want to do it anymore then that’s fine by me, I won’t be mad and I’ll leave immediately. There’s nothing wrong with changing your mind. But,”
Seungmin barely had time to register that Hyunjin was right in front of him and leaning enticingly close into his space again.
“If you’re hesitating because you’ve put yourself on a leash your whole life then I suggest you try letting go for once and see where that takes you.”
“Let me ask you a simple question,” Hyunjin dropped his voice to a whisper, leaning so close his breath fanned against Seungmin’s lips.
“Do you want to kiss me right now?”

Summary
It starts like this: a look exchanged in a bar he went to alone. Trying to forget something, trying to remember something else. A wry smile, a hand on the small of his back.
“Can I buy you a drink?”
When has Jisung ever said no to that?
A quick drive back to campus–oh, he’s a student here, too. Maybe they have classes together. Maybe that’s why he looked familiar. Or maybe everyone looks familiar after a couple cocktails.
His roommate isn’t home. They can be loud and they are.
“This stays between us, okay? I’m just…experimenting.”
Jisung has been someone’s secret before. He doesn’t know if it’s good or bad this time, but it’s something. And this guy isn’t being cruel. He knows cruel and he knows kind and the smile he’s given after he agrees to secrecy is not bad.
Maybe that’s the booze talking, but he’d much rather the booze control the conversation than for it to be left up to him. Pretty boys have a way of making Jisung stupid.
・・・
OR: what do you get when you mix college students, unrequited love, and secrets that were never meant to come to light? A big fucking mess, that’s what.
