A massive shadow settled over Robert's small cubicle station, and without looking up Robert sighed. "Flambae, you'd better be over here solely for dropping off that paperwork," Robert grumbled; but while he is serious, there isn't heat behind his words. But then he heard a chuckle in response, that sounded more akin to a low rumble.
"Sorry, but i'm afraid you have the wrong man~"
Robert had to take a second to register what he was seeing, as he looked up to the caster of said shadow.
He was the most beautiful man Robert had ever seen.
Flambae's father, Cirus, visits the SDN office and takes the chance to meet and thank the dispatcher who has been such a boon to the Z-Team. What no one was expecting, was for Cirus to take an immediate shine to the dispatcher; Robert least of all!

We all have soulmates, and every soulmate pair shares an animal guide. The Guide is there to lead you to your One True Love, and they represent the aspects of the psyche that you both share. They appear when you're about to meet your soulmate, and often materialize in moments of great personal crisis, offering hope and support. There are stories upon stories about how someone's Guide appeared to lead them to their One True, or how the barest glimpse of their Guide eased their hearts and gave them hope in the midst of despair. The newly-rescued almost always attribute their Guide with giving them the strength and courage to hang on.
Animal Guides are ephemeral, ethereal, and elusive. They are, most often, no more than a warm presence or flicker out of the corner of one's eye. They are incarnate symbols of perseverance, optimism and hope. Foretellers of happiness, and the grand destiny of love.

Geralt doesn’t wear his courting jewelry—the medallion is apparently a witcher thing, not an omega one—and Jaskier supposes that makes sense. Geralt leads a very active life, and probably saves the jewelry for situations it won’t run the constant risk of getting ruined in. Certainly a nice set of earrings would be a lot more fragile than the plain studs he wears instead. A lot of omegas don’t wear their courting jewelry day to day, anyway, or at least not most of it. Geralt’s hardly unusual in that.
It’s a bit of a shame, though, because Jaskier’d like to see him in it.

Only a soulmate speaking your true name aloud will break the curse. The family though has never cared, they've only cared about the family fortune and marrying well.

And the best way to travel the world seems to be with a rather taciturn witcher named Geralt of Rivia. If he started to hope that Geralt would be the one to say his true name, well that was one thing that Jaskier would not say aloud.
