Summary
After the fire, Shannon is adjusting to normal life and living with Kavanagh's. She's safe now, however, she cannot seem to feel comfortable in her own mind or skin. She doesn't understand the gut-wrenching feeling she experiences when somebody comes near her and why she can no longer hug or touch people, including Johnny. She always claimed to the social workers that her dad never touched her, but with gaps in her memory and struggling with touch, memories start to come back that solidify her worst nightmare.
