She looks just the same as she always does. I have bags under my eyes. Her hands are shaking. Why are they all so worried about me. She’s not entirely sure she’s remembering how to breathe. None of them even know who I was. She’s pretty sure the face staring back at her is somewhere halfway between herself and stranger.
I think we’re going mad, Pom-Pom, says a voice that is not her own, and Pomni yelps.
