Kaveh actually can't move out of Al Haitham's house. For... a lot of good reasons, for sure. But when Al Haitham may or may not be considering buying a second house in Gandharva Ville, everyone and their mother is suddenly out of sorts.
This is a character exploration of a whole bunch of different Sumeru characters, with Al Haitham and Kaveh's relationship at the forefront. Enjoy!

Summary
Alhaitham had always known he was different. He stood out no matter where he went; he never quite fit in—not just because he was a rare silver Naga, but because of the strange ability he'd had since birth. Above everyone’s head floated glowing, mostly low numbers, which he assumed indicated their favorability toward him.
The numbers didn’t just fluctuate with people he had direct interactions with. Sometimes, he’d see a number spike or dip when someone walked by without even acknowledging him. It was confusing and gnawed at his logical mind like a mystery that refused to be solved.
But why else would these numbers exist if not to guide him through social interactions? Perhaps some kind of divine hint to avoid people altogether? As a scholar, he dealt with facts and reason, and what could be more factual than numbers? They were clear, precise, and—most importantly—they never lied.

The plan had been simple enough. Take the sky from Artemis to let her fight Atlas long enough to get him trapped back under the sky. There shouldn't have been any real way for it to go wrong. And yet...somehow it just had.
OR
Artemis in her anger towards Atlas harming Zoe takes things further then she did in canon. Leaving Percy trapped under the sky and that changes a lot more in the aftermath.
