Heck, he's so smart, everyone's scared of what would happen if they got on his bad side. Half the society, at the very least, still think that he's just an animal.

    Midoriya? No quirk, he's ranked even lower, less than human. At least Nezu still had a quirk.

Izuku isn’t allowed to leave the campus because the heroes are afraid he’ll run. Chaos ensues

There’s only one thing to do really. If he needs help with being himself, then he’ll go to the one person who has never bowed to society’s expectations of her: the R-Rated Hero, Midnight!

    It’s painfully obvious to Nemuri that Izuku Midoriya is about as awkward and anxiety riddled as possible but she’s never backed down from a challenge before. And if this bone-breaking nervous wreck needs a little self-confidence, well then she’ll just have to build him up one brick at a time.

    Midoriya Izuku, raised by Shie Hassaikai after months of being on his own, and left behind by the one person he let in after Kacchan left and his mother died. He comes to learn that family is little more than who you place faith in. Who you chose to stand beside. No matter the cost.

    Forever shifting the fates of those around him and becoming a brother, son, and nephew to those he so chooses. Izuku reforms Hero Society, changes the Shie Hassaikai yakuza group, and takes down those who would harm those he cares for with little more than a gun or gall to do so.

Someone with a villainous quirk can be a hero. Along the way, he'll make real friends, maybe break some hearts, and scare someone to death.

    The Sludge Villain doesn't find Bakugo after escaping All Might, but some other random civilian. There's no series of explosions to draw All Might to the scene of the second attack. It's by pure luck that Izuku stumbles upon them. And Izuku does what he always has when he sees one person hurting another: inserts himself between the aggressor and victim. He finds this is significantly harder to do when one of the parties is a sentient slime.
