She followed this up with a session in their gym which she varied according to a rotating schedule, perhaps a Pilates class which she cued up from YouTube, or some weight training, sometimes a sparring session. Either way, by nine she was usually perspiring heavily and in need of a shower. Recently, Bran had begun to join her for that part of her morning routine, following her upstairs to her en suite with a look of concentrated anticipation.
