“So… Just friends? Like you don’t even kiss anymore?” Gyuvin couldn’t explain rationally why he was so curious about his best friend’s relationship with Jiwoong, but he had to get answers, no matter how awkward it felt. He knew that the answer was probably no, anyway.
The response had Gyuvin in shock.
“Oh come on now, I kiss most of my friends,” Ricky laughed at the innocent question.
Gyuvin gasped, suddenly offended. “You don’t kiss me!” Not that he’d want to kiss Ricky. No, because Gyuvin was straight. Straighter than the breadstick from dinner the night before. He wasn’t offended that they don’t kiss, just offended that he’d never been given the option.

Gyuvin was most certainly straight. In fact, he was so secure in his sexuality that he decided to go to a gay college party as an ally. He'd finally get to meet the guy that Ricky used to see (that Gyuvin had probable reason to dislike) as well as get drunk. A win-win. Well, a few drinks later and Gyuvin was making interesting choices on the dance floor... A certain choice would leave him questioning his sexuality forever.
But hey, he definitely did not have feelings for his best friend, regardless of his sexuality!

The other man scrunched his eyebrows in confusion and leaned in closer to Daniel.
He took this chance to repeat himself right into the stranger’s ear. “My name, it’s Daniel.”
The stranger shook his head, “Je ne parle pas anglais.”
Daniel had done enough research before his trip to know that meant, ‘I don’t speak English.’ He felt his shoulders deflate, worried that the stranger would leave now that he knew that they had a language barrier.

Who knew that actively searching for a niche bar in Paris would land you in a club where no one spoke your language? After embarrassing himself not once but twice, Daniel decided he needed to leave and suffer through a club with all of the other tourists.
That was what his plan at least, but it became derailed when he locked eyes with the gorgeous man with red eyes.

Mike had been living a very sad life after El disappeared. While everyone else moved on to follow their dreams, he was stuck waiting for her, still in Hawkins. He had spoken to almost no one in years, focusing on writing his book series while he waited for her return. He decided that he'd give up in the year 2000, if there was still no word from her.
Imagine his surprise when, on November 5th, 1999, he found Steve Harrington at his doorstep, claiming to have evidence that Eleven was still alive. With that evidence, there was a clue to where Eleven had been staying all of this time.
They had no time prepare, they had to meet up with everyone else for one last mystery. One that would hopefully lead them to El and not her dead body.

Junho was tired of chasing the games. Tired of feeling useless. If Gihun was going to rig his way back into the games, Junho was coming with him. He was going to get answers from his brother for once and for all. Or at least, die trying.
