It could be a long shot, after all, Gabriel didn’t know if the machine was even equipped with such facilities. Though, given the fact he was currently standing in a fuck room inside a factory to make things humans pleasured themselves with – the very same humans who were responsible for its creation, Gabriel would be more surprised if V1 wasn’t endowed with the very same as him.

Summary
V1 was a machine without a past and heading into nothingness, acting as the thing he had been running away from all along: Death. As the notorious Harbinger of Death, he had no joy to seek from life, only bloodshed for more bloodshed to follow.
It took one angel for everything to change, for the all-devouring to deem life as the most sacred. He knew he had changed forever when he saw love in blood, adoration in gold, and salvation in Gabriel’s presence. Logic and utility lost meaning before his gradient presence; his chuckles a strike against the emptiness of existence. The world was no longer for V1 to thrive in its destruction, but for him to kneel and gift it to Gabriel. Bullets stopped before his presence; cries of war turned into hymns.
...maybe fate never had to be so dark in the first place. With an angel who taught him to live the life he had been trying to preserve for so long, maybe there waited a future where civilization bloomed once more. Built just to make one dying angel's wish come true—Gabriel didn’t have to know the latter detail.
