Summary
Arthur was self-sufficient. Self-reliant. Proudly independent. He always knew exactly what he wanted and how he wanted it. Arthur’s life was… orderly. He had a career he worked hard for – he was a Michelin-star Chef in one of the most popular restaurants in the city, and he absolutely didn’t need a Sous-Chef in his perfectly run kitchen. He had best friends he didn’t have to see very often – Dom and Mal knew he was a busy man and never made a fuss about him bailing on their plans at the last minute. He didn’t have a significant other – but that was for the better. He would hate someone messing up his flat and taking up his time, and it wasn’t like he couldn’t get one if he wanted to, thank you very much.
Arthur’s orderly life ended with an untimely phone call from a hospital. His whole world fell apart after that because how could he deal with his friends being dead, with suddenly becoming a parent, and with his manager insisting he couldn’t handle his kitchen – the only place where he still truly felt in control – on his own?

But Ghost’s hand was back on his hip, gripping him tight, the other one reaching to his palm to entwine their fingers, and even though he still didn’t know what Ghost’s plan was, all he knew was that he wanted more of this, whatever this could be. And so when he felt a push urging him to move because, of course, he wanted them to slow dance, he let loose and let Ghost lead him, dragging him around like a rag-doll, taking steps he had no idea he remembered, too confused to do anything else, let alone speak.

After getting into a fight over Soap ignoring Ghost’s orders and risking his life on a mission, they meet in the gym in the middle of the night. They decide to throw some punches to clean the air between them, but the atmosphere quickly heats up and they end up blowing off steam in some other ways.

Gaz, Alejandro, and Rodolfo were dead. Some parts of Soap died with them, and those empty spaces filled with darkness that only retribution could heal.
But did Soap really need healing? Simon didn't think so - for Simon, Johnny was perfect, and his darkness was the most alluring thing about him.
