Summary
There was only one rational conclusion: as the last of his kind, it was his duty to change everything; to fix the past, survive the present, and secure a better future. But as the saying goes, terrible things happen to wizards who meddle with time.
Draco Malfoy was no exception.

Summary
Draco Malfoy was many things, chief among them a liar, a schemer, and an opportunist. He was a machiavellian, prodigious scion of two most prominent and notorious pureblood bloodlines in the Wizarding World. He was bred for greatness.
He was not, technically speaking, Lord and Lady Malfoy’s trueborn son.
[Machiavellian — marked by calculation, duplicity, or bad faith. A personality trait which denotes cunningness, the ability to manipulate, and a drive to use whatever means to gain power.]

Summary
While seemingly everyone else at the university would be at one of the most beloved dances of the year, Katara was squished in the cramped backseat of a rickety car, speeding to an unknown destination, her brother in the passenger seat and Aang behind the wheel.
“Can you please finally tell us where we're going?” Sokka said.
“It’s a surprise,” Aang said. “I’ll tell you after we pick up Zuko.”
Katara had been staring out the window and half-present, but now her head snapped toward the front seat, listening attentively.

Summary
Determined to revive the Southern style of waterbending, Katara travels to the Caldera at Zuko’s invitation to search for information on the Southern Water Tribe in the extensive Royal Library. There she finds a dangerous tangle of political intrigue and civil unrest – and at the heart of it all, a silent stranger in a Water Tribe mask.
(Or, no one ever told Katara that Zuko was the Blue Spirit.)
A Bluetara fic, using the Zutara Week 2020 prompts (for structure, such as it is). Likely going to be around 10 chapters but that is a rough guess.

Summary
When the next letter arrived, Zuko let it sit on his desk for a whole day before opening it, as if somehow Sokka would sense, a continent away, that he was still pretty pissed about Sokka trying to rope Iroh into this whole festival visit insanity. Finally, his point proven to literally no one except himself, Zuko waited until after a long bending practice, then a full bath, before he casually picked up the letter and broke the seal.
**
OR:
Zuko has been Fire Lord for six years when Sokka starts trying to convince him to attend the Spring Gift festival at Wolf Cove, and Sokka isn’t taking no for an answer.

Summary
For a second, Katara is helpless. No bending, no running, not when she’s trying to pull air into her lungs, feeling the world spin nauseatingly around her.
That’s all Zuko needs.
He pins her with a truly insulting ease, grabbing her wrists to hold both down, and she is well and truly caught. She glares up at him – he is soaked from the water she has been throwing at him, but his golden eyes are glaring right back at her, and there’s that sneering curl to his lip that makes her want to dump half the ocean on his head.
He leans down and she can feel the heat of his breath in her ear.
“Leaving so soon?” he hisses.
***
OR: Zuko captures Katara, and imprisons her on his ship to use as bait to try to capture Aang.
No plan truly survives contact with the enemy. And this plan… goes absolutely sideways.

Summary
Earth Chakra: Blocked by fear.
Water Chakra: Blocked by guilt.
Fire Chakra: Blocked by shame.
Air Chakra: Blocked by grief.
Sound Chakra: Blocked by lies.
Light Chakra: Blocked by illusions.
Thought Chakra: Blocked by earthly attachements. The teaching of the chakras has been forgotten since the genocide of the air nomads. Until spirit guides urge Fire Prince Zuko to open his own and prevent a tragedy to come. His awakening conscience guides Zuko on a new path along the Avatar. But is it worth it? Or did it only give him so much more to lose?
As it turns out, his guides are not the only ones with their own agenda in the spirit world. And the other travellers would like nothing more than see him fail.______
Since the question has come up so often in the comments, yes, Aang is exactly as he is supposed to be and the reason is not Aang-bashing. Also, there is no definite chapter count because I like the freedom to let the characters explore their challenges and they always take longer than I thought. The plot in itself is set and we are at around two thirds by chapter 30.Bookmarked by kingmaker
