If you were to ask one Ace Trappola how he’d describe Deuce Spade, he would probably answer you: stupid.
Now, is this Ace’s actual genuine view of Deuce? … I mean, yeah, a little bit. However! It is also at least partially just for the bit, can’t let anyone see him caring for one of his best friends after all, that would be totally lame.
But, if you were able to peel away his outer layers of cool guy persona to dive deep into the very depths of his soul, you would probably get a different, much more honest answer. That answer being: cute.

The plan to stop Malleus’ overblot was failing. Even Sebek could see that it was too late to save him and Sebek was bleeding out on the carpet.
Thwack! Silver’s corpse hit the ground a few inches away from the half fae. The only people left fighting were Leona, his arm cut to shreds, and Ortho, who appeared to be floating over to Sebek.
Sebek’s vision goes black as Ortho reaches his prone form.
