Summary
The jump from high school to college was more difficult than Kei anticipated. They used to walk to and from school together, used to see each other almost every day. Now they go to different schools on opposite sides of the city.
They only live 32 1/2 minutes from each other, but Kei still misses his best friend.

Summary
Tsukishima covers his own face with his palm. It’s not enough to fully hide his expression. He’s so embarrassed, more than Tadashi’s ever seen him, but he also can’t stop the smile that’s splitting wide across his face. “This is so lame,” he mutters to himself. A few seconds later, he removes his hand, having better composed himself, and glances at Tadashi. “Sorry,” he tells him. “I’m not used to this whole… dating thing.”
In which Tadashi and Tsukishima figure out how to transition from being friends to being in a relationship.

Summary
“Did you…” Yamaguchi’s voice breaks off, an octave or so too high. Not the best reaction, all things considered. Kei adds the miso last, stirring the soup until it comes together in a familiar, cloudy haze. Yamaguchi tries again, his voice much too low this time.
“Did you… move into my apartment today?”
Kei turns the last burner off, putting the lids on top to keep everything nice and warm. He wipes his sweaty palms against his pants, then walks back to the bedroom where Yamaguchi is sitting on the bed in nothing but a towel, staring, stunned, into his closet where Kei’s clothes now live side by side with his own.
“Surprise,” Kei deadpans.
