"Iz huhg," Grace sniffled out, sucking back in moisture from his noze, too. There was moisture and water and everything all over the place. "Huhg meens grayt, grayt, grayt affekshun."
"Oh," he said tentatively. Another hewmin thing! He shuffled closest to the wall Grace was huhging and leaned in. "Oh. Am I doing correctly, hmm?"
"Yis," Grace sighed out, calming down. He still leaked, though.
Oh, well. Leaky hewmins were his favorite, after all.

Chara shook their head. Not Mom or Dad. If they called their parents, all hell would break loose. Same with Undyne. Although the school had probably called their parents. They couldn't think about that right now. Alphy's—well, Chara didn't like Alphy's. Papyrus couldn't drive.
That left one option.
Chara scowled. They moved so they were next to Frisk, pressing the speaker button. Frisk smiled when they saw the caller ID.
"Heya, kid. What's up?" Sans greeted, yawning. A beat passed. Chara looked at Frisk, nudging them to speak.
Frisk leaned in to the phone. "Can you come pick us up?"
"Why? And who's us?"

"...YEAH, TOTALLY," you know it's pointless to argue with Sans once he's made up his mind on something. So, you settle on recovering. Your eyes fully close.

Summary
They tell him his name is Edogawa Conan. They tell him he is six years old, that he goes to Teitan Elementary in the day, and then home with the Mouris at night. And he believes them. Why wouldn't he? There's no reason to lie about a six year old's identity.
The first problem is that it doesn't take him very long to start doubting that "Edogawa Conan" was ever a real person in the first place. The second problem is that Conan himself can neither prove nor disprove anything - after all, he can't remember a single thing about his supposed life.

Jax gives him a look. “…No. I don’t think there are,” he says hollowly.

Her eyes are glazed over, dry without reprieve; she fights the urge to close them, because she’s almost certain that if she does she won’t ever wake up again.
She’s pretty sure she’s dying.’
The human body can only survive up to three days without water. As Pomni is forced to acclimate to her new life in the circus, she can feel the tether connecting her to her real body dwindle with every passing day. Lying undiscovered in the remnants of a long abandoned building, her true body withering away to the elements, her consciousness is accompanied by various other trapped souls in Caine’s twisted wonderland. They’ve all been through the same brutal hazing; now they have to be there to sit through Pomni’s.

He hesitated. It had been ten years but the habit of keeping quiet hadn’t faded. But-
He took a deep breath. “The scene is-” he stopped, voice cracking a bit. Cleared his throat and tried again, leveling his voice out into the neutral tone he used when describing a particularly gruesome set of facts. “The crime scene is the same as mine would have been.” Kogoro’s face twisted, eyebrows winging up into his hairline. Shinichi kept going. “If the poison had killed me. Same clothes, same pose, same head wound,” he tapped the barely perceptible scar on his forehead where the pipe had made contact all those years ago “same everything. It’s identical.”
