Summary
Steve Rogers wakes up after 70 years under the ice, but the planet he calls home is no longer under human control. With the help of Hydra, the Kree confederacy has taken over the earth, and only SHIELD stands in the way of their complete takeover. Waking up in a Kree facility, he is soon rescued by the mysterious Agent Romanoff, who takes him to SHIELD's headquarters where he joins the fight against their alien overlords. Meanwhile, Agent Phil Coulson, deep undercover, meets a young and desperate hacker, Skye, who is forced to work for Hydra, but is more important than she knows. Summary
An Infinity War and Endgame fix-it/remix story that is a continuation of a Civil War fix-it story: They say that the best way to communicate in an emergency is via text message. A giant purple alien bent on wiping out half of the universe’s population with the help of six infinity stones qualifies as an emergency. This fact is even more apparent now that Laura Barton is currently trapped in a timeline where that happened because the Avengers (read: Tony and Steve) never mended fences. Now the last remnants of those Avengers are trying to fix what happened. What’s going to be easier, stopping Thanos from wiping out half the universe with the infinity stones, undoing the damage he already caused in another timeline where he succeeded, or getting that timeline's Tony and Steve to get their shit together? Two timelines, one mission, and an infinite amount of text messaging.
Alternative summary: An Infinity War and Endgame remix where operations save Tony Stark is in full effect. Will they be successful?

Summary
After leaving afterlife with Cal, Skye wakes up with no memory of the last year. No recollection of the fall of Shield, no memory of meeting her parents and no idea of Ward's betrayal.
The team don't tell Skye for fear of her losing control of her new powers, instead playing along until her memory returns on its own.
With Hydra on the hunt for gifteds and Gonzales on the hunt for Coulson, in this game of multiple cats and mice acting like everything is fine is a lot harder than they thought.
Will they be capable of keeping the past a secret when they must work with Grant Ward again? After all, Skye may have amnesia but the rest of the team haven't forgotten anything...
