"This is good," Yohan commented honestly, helping himself to a mouthful of noodles. He couldn’t remember the last time he had a decent simple Korean meal. Yohan’s diet varied towards extreme sumptuous meals in fancy restaurants for takeout at home. He liked it, despite not having much of a preference.
Gaon smiled, eyes curving in genuine pleasure at the praise. “Thanks, my mother's recipe. But I haven't quite gotten the right taste. Funny how you can use all the same ingredients and follow the same steps but the end results still turn out different.”
Yohan gazed into his face. “Funny indeed.”
