Summary
Half the city of Kamurocho is left without power in the wake of a record-setting heatwave. One of the lucky ones still retaining power is a certain building down Nakamichi Alley. People and families are left scrambling to find accommodations, while the various contractors of the Yagami Detective Agency are left to pile into the cramped office with only each other and a crappy little fan trying its best, while the boys wait an unknown amount of time for the building's broken air conditioner to be fixed. With all these things in play, things are bound to get heated.
