When Micah finds himself a (somewhat) willing participant to Trelawny’s latest magic show, Hosea is struck by inspiration and devises the perfect plan to turn Micah into a proper gang member.Chapter 2 can be read as a Hosea/Dutch standalone piece.
May 11, 2025 update: the final chapter has been fully planned (its structure, main event by main event) for months now. Unfortunately, I am currently working on my MD thesis, so I don't think I'll be able to wrap up the last chapter before the end of 2025. However, I plan on taking a gap half-year after that, and when it comes to fic writing, finishing this fic is my top priority!

And so, when Mary-Beth had asked him to go look for their runaway O’Driscoll, just to make sure he was alright, that was exactly what he did. He hadn’t expected his search to turn fruitful, neither had he expected for Kieran to be in such a bad way when it did.

Summary
The hunt for the Legendary Wolf at Cotorra Springs doesn't go exactly as planned, and Arthur Morgan nearly dies trying to get back to the gang's camp. After the gang nurses him back to health and he sells the hard-won wolf's pelt, he thinks that's the end of it. But strange things have been happening to him since the attack, and he can only go so long ignoring them before things come to a head. Will Arthur succumb to the monster he thinks he is, in more ways than one?
Werewolf Arthur Morgan AU, because it's a fascinating concept and I don't think there's enough of it out there. Follows canon to a point; eventual endgame Arthur/Charles but the romance isn't the primary focus.
