Summary
Young Princess Bai Fengjiu is trying to repay a debt to the revered Emperor Dong Hua Dijun by serving as a maid in Tai Chen Palace. However, not long after she arrives there, Dijun's foster sister Zhihe becomes irritated, frames Fengjiu for sending the Mufeng butterfly to the mortal realm, and banishes Fengjiu there as well when her back is turned (for Zhihe certainly would not have been able to do this if Fengjiu had had the chance to defend herself).
When Dijun learns exactly what his foster sister has done, he is not pleased at all, and goes to rescue the Fox King's granddaughter from the primitive mortal realm where she has been trapped.
And thus begins a series of encounters that Fengjiu will have with Dijun in different realms, that will set them on a path to a shared destiny.
In this story, Fengjiu is banished to the mortal realm before she has ever had the chance to be Dijun's pet fox.

Summary

The drive from S.H.I.E.L.D HQ back to Melinda’s house was painstakingly quiet and Phil couldn’t help but worry about the broken shell of a woman in the seat next to him. Melinda has always been a quiet person, but she had also always been happy to let him ramble on about anything and everything. Conversation has always been easy and simple between them, it was one of the reasons they had always gotton on so well. Right now, there was just an eerie silence that he didn’t even contemplate breaking because he didn’t even know where to begin.

This is set from Episode 7x03 onwards and follows the story of Daisy Johnson and Daniel Sousa, and how their relationship has been developing throughout this amazing season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.! This story mostly follows canon but is interspersed with missing moments between Daisy and Sousa that I imagine could have happened off-screen.
Depending on how this season ends, this fanfic might turn into a fix-it but I have high hopes for the writers to give Daisysous/Dousy/Sousy (has a ship name been decided?!) a good ending (judging from the way it’s been going so far!). Hope you enjoy! :)- Language:
