“Guys, we’ve… I think we’ve lost Ivan?”
Hyuna waves her hand. “What do you mean we’ve–” She blinks, staring at the empty space next to Till. “Oh my god, we’ve lost Ivan.”
A familiar voice rings loudly in the speakers, and in a way, it’s like a blessing and a curse at the same time. “Hi, my name is Ivan.”
“Found him!” Hyuna sing-songs.
“This one is for you, Till-sunbae!” he beams.
Teal eyes widen. Oh no.
They lose Ivan in a karaoke bar and Till confronts his not-so-subtle crush on his co-star. What could possibly go wrong?

Summary
Till isn’t really sure how they ended up by the river. It had been a few months since he and Ivan started dating and Ivan came to pick him up from his night class as he always did, but something was off. He seemed different somehow. Till was ready to ask what was wrong when Ivan beat him to the punch, cutting him off before his tongue could even form the words.
“It’s beautiful,” Till breathes and Ivan chuckles beside him, light and airy. Till’s eyes flick to the side to take in the face of the man beside him, his best friend, his boyfriend, all in one and he wishes he wouldn’t have. Ivan is looking at him in a way that makes his stomach churn, that makes his heart feel like it’s about to burst out of his chest. There’s such unbridled desire, longing, admiration swimming in the dark depths of his eyes.
“You’re beautiful,” Ivan replies easily and Till feels his face flush hot at the sudden compliment.

"I’m sorry, but I’m not a machine. I need to eat.” Ivan said quietly, polite but with an undertone of annoyance that wasn’t noticed.
The moment the words left his mouth, he knew it was a mistake. The silence that followed stretched too long, heavy and cold. He had heard that silence before, seen it before others were punished—but never towards him.
It happened so fast, he could hardly tell what ‘it’ even was. Sharp pain filled his head and he brought a hand to his cheek. Why did Unsha hit him..? He had never done this before. All he did was politely request a break.

After a harsh punishment from his guardian, Ivan finds himself injured, shaken, and longing for the one person who’s ever made him feel safe—Till. But when Till sees the damage done, something changes between them. In the quiet shade of the garden, comfort turns into something deeper, something Till urgently tries to ignore.

Summary
The combined scents of over sprayed perfume and cologne and the thrum of excited blood beneath veins made Till's gums itch and nose twitch. His thirst led him to the club out of desperation and now he was miserable and overstimulated.
Till should have satiated his thirst sooner, he had nobody else but himself to blame for pushing himself to the limits before feeding.
