Assassins Creed, Star Wars (Clone Wars)Desmond is a ghost in an Apple of Eden (or similar Isu artefact) and has been for the last billion years, give or take, acting as a helpful guide/teacher/familiar of the Mentors of the Assassin Brotherhood. But at some point the artefact gets stolen and ends up in the hands of Chancellor Palpatine. Which results in him ending up bonded to Commander Fox, all of the Guard becoming pseudo-assassins (not quite part of the Brotherhood, but definitely adjacent) and Palpatine being assassinated.

Percy Jackson seriesA SI as Percy Jackson, except it starts after all of the plot is over. Percy has successfully made it through to the epilogue of the story but now doesn’t know what to do with herself without a script to follow. She ends up breaking up with Annabeth over the fact she doesn’t want (and can’t afford) to go to New Rome University, goes to uni in New Zealand (less expensive, fewer monsters, courses she’s interested in and away from Olympus) and figures out who she is. Also may or may not end up falling in love with Apollo while she’s at it.

Harry PotterPigwidgeon doesn’t reach Ron until after he makes it home to the Burrow. Which means Harry goes back to the Dursleys with no idea if Sirius is ok or not.
He ends up running away from the Dursleys and going to the goblins for some help figuring out if he has enough money to rent a place of his own. Things quickly snowball from there and by the time of the Quidditch World Cup, Sirius has both a fiancée and custody of Harry, Peter Pettigrew has been convicted and Kissed, Voldemort is dead and his whole sordid family history has been revealed to the world. -
Summary
It’s May 1979 and the Order has just apprehended a pair of mysterious wizards who look remarkably like a Potter and a Malfoy. Naturally, James Potter and Sirius Black are called in to identify the strangely familiar strangers and determine their backgrounds and loyalties.
(This would be a lot easier if their captives weren’t convinced everyone they talk to is dead. It would also be easier if they didn’t spend half their bloody time bickering.)

Thor, MCULoki is killed by Thanos and wakes up in his bed, on Asgard, shortly before Thor’s coronation. Unsure if it’s a dream, the afterlife or time travel, he decides to act as if it’s real and he can change things. And change things he does. A magically binding treaty with Jotunheim, the reveal of the threat of Thanos and Hel to Asgard’s General and Spymaster, the Warriors Four and Heimdal banished for treason and successfully avoiding ending up in the void (though he did still fall off the Bifrost) and subsequently Thanos’ hands.

Severus Snape doesn't think Albus' plan to martyr Potter will work out and knows nothing of the secret setup to give Harry a chance to live through the killing curse a second time. He decides that what they really needed was to start hunting the Horcruxes years ago instead of waiting for children to do it for them. He expects that his younger self will receive the information in 1992 at best.

Harry PotterHeadmaster Snape thinks that Dumbledore plan to martyr Harry Potter (he doesn’t know about the secret plan to save him) is going to end poorly no matter what. Either it won’t work, or it will and then he will have failed in his promise to Lily to protect her son while actively working against the inherited life debt from James Potter - the consequences of which will mean his death. So he sends information back in time to his younger self.
His younger self ends up adopting a five year old Harry Potter, inventing a revolutionary fertility potion, reconciling with his late-mother’s family, finding a good friend/assistant/eventual-wife and killing Voldemort.
