Summary
When Ryu Minseok hears of the revival project for Judgement Day, the Jaeger with the most Kaiju takedowns in history, he knows it will be his last chance to pilot. After all, the Pan-Pacific Defense Corps has only a few months to collapse the Breach before the Jaeger program shuts down. Minseok’s got his own issues, too, having failed his Drift trials before.
But Minseok is nothing but stubborn, and he’s determined to pilot the mech — even if it means convincing Judgement Day’s former pilot, Lee Sanghyeok, to step into the Jaeger once more.

Hyeokgyu’s not really sure when it all began.
Actually, that’s not true. It all began after the Asia Games a year or two ago, because that’s where Sanghyeok and Jihoon really got to know each other, and when they had become so close that they had teamed up to make his life a little more difficult.
Because of them, he faces a unique sort of predicament every time T1 and Gen. G face off against each other now: figuring out how to appease the two mid-laners off the Rift as they vie for his attention.

Wangho freezes. Opens his mouth. Closes his mouth. “Well, it’s. Not my cat.”

Bemused, Wendy walks back towards Minhyung and says something in Korean, miming something with her hands. Left with nothing better to do and slightly afraid of losing sight of the translator, he follows right behind her and pretends that he isn’t emotionally invested in the answer.
Minhyung makes direct eye contact with him before turning his attention back to Wendy. Jiahao feels something in his chest flutter.

Summary
Hyeokgyu doesn’t talk to most of the musicians he’s previously worked with. It’s hard to keep in touch with everyone, after all, with the number of people he’s met while studying in various music conservatories for nearly a decade.
Maybe he should have at least kept tabs on people, though, because then he wouldn’t be in the predicament he’s in now, shaking hands with Lee Sanghyeok, the greatest musician of his generation, and toasting to four years of collaboration with the person he resents the most.

Minseok paces through the music building, looking for an empty practice room. He rounds the corner of the hallway and stops dead in his tracks, gaping at the scene in front of him - Hyeokgyu smiles at Sanghyeok. He laughs. Sanghyeok smirks back at him, eyes scrunching up in mirth.
There’s definitely something fishy going on.
