Summary

Part two of the insane fucking fic about Buck being kidnapped and assaulted that I didn’t read more than six chapters at the beginning and then the final one. this is about his recovery and it’s genuinely incredible. Long chapters but it has: discussion of relearning limits and healing, a scene description of a crash they respond to that is genuinely fantastic, adorable buddie supporting each other, Buck Bobby and cooking and the whole 118 family and just Buck being supported in a way that makes me want to cry (all as of chapter 4)

So I skimmed the first five chapters and then skipped to the last one just to see how it ended. Bookmarking it simply for the fact that the conversations about intention and causing pain to loved ones were really fu king good. Like Eddie has a nightmare and scratches Buck and feels super guilty about it and Buck is like you can feel bad for hurting me but not for needing me. I knew you were trapped in your head and you didn’t mean to do it, I was there to help you feel safe, that was my choice. Anyways insane story??? Insane switch up in the writing of the first few chapters to the last one?
