Summary
My submissions for Zutara Week, 2015. The prompts were Happenstance, Vigil, Clandestine, Rue, Voyage, Integrity and Maelstrom.
All of these except Maelstrom were written during Zutara Week (despite my best intentions, I managed no preparation in advance). Maelstrom was written during Zutara Month... six months later. >.>

Summary
When Zuko asks Katara to marry him, it is for love. But it’s also an alliance that shows the world that the war is truly over, and everyone wants to get in on the fun.
Everyone also wants them to observe every single tradition that the Fire Nation and Water Tribe have ever thought up for marriages, “to honour each others’ cultures and encourage a new era of harmony and understanding”.
It sounds reasonable until Iroh and Hakoda start handing them helpful transcriptions of ancient ethnographic texts.

Summary
“You're different from the way you were before," Tobio insists. "The way you used to be.”
“The way I used to be before my life went to shit, you mean?” Tooru snaps, his voice raw. “Of course, I'm different. What did you expect? I used to be one of the best setters in the world, and now I'm playing fucking househusband to you and coaching a high school team. Not even a good high school team, but one that has made Nationals like, twice, ever.”
*
Tooru loses volleyball, and then he loses himself. Tobio ends up becoming his lifeline, his legacy.
