It’s weighed down by what it represents: Kim’s choice to get some normality back, to return to racing. To step out of a world of super-powers and human trafficking and guns and blood and bruises and hiding and pain. Kenta understands, he really does. But Kenta doesn’t know who he is without all that. Kim has racing, another identity inside his helmet, a chosen path to return to. Kenta has a blank space, unwritten pages, and restless spectres of memory.
Kim leaves for Seoul. Kenta figures things out.
