I enjoyed this. It's pretty canon compliant, but it's still a worth it read and there's enough changes made that you're not going to know how things happen, even if the conclusion is the same. It's good and was hard to put down since i started.

Another good fic w this concept. I enjoyed a good amount.
My personal note was that while Jet had a right to be mad.. he was his own reason for getting arrested LOWKEY and the argument between him and Zuko was a little... wrongly focused? imo.
Still, overall a pleasant read -

this is so good. like, SO good. enjoyed the read, though it was pretty dark. been rly into these Dai Li & Zuko fics. This one's quite in depth. Somewhat open ending, though it's more canon divergence for a bit more than anything that then seemingly contiues in canon in the future. There are 2 more short parts and snippets in the series.

The fics aren’t linear, or necessarily connected (though I do recycle original characters, and occasionally reference an event mentioned in another fic) but you don’t need to read all of them in order to understand one of them, so you’re free to read whichever ones you want.
