Little does Steve know, Bucky is on a mission to retrieve an asset from a group called The Ten Rings.
Both boys are Captain America, and only S.H.I.E.L.D., Natasha, Clint, and themselves know about it. According to the world, the serum gave Steve Rogers the power to teleport.
Also, Bucky hates the stupid cowl. Steve and Natasha laugh at his misfortune.

He can't understand why they would want to spend time with him, let alone date him, but he's just lonely and greedy enough to cling onto what they're offering and hope that when it ends, it won't crush him.
