Madeleine had just been living her life, trying to keep her children away from her abusive husband, when suddenly everything fell apart. One moment, she was in line to become queen, the next she was in a prison cell, and the next she was in a victorian castle with a man who called himself "Nightmare" who was apparently the Guardian of Negativity, whatever that meant, and his murderous henchmen.
The only thing she was sure of was that she was going to break her 15 year streak of not cursing.

Stardew Valley bachelor/bachelorette gc. Inspired by “Dispatches From Pelican Town Group Chat” (yes, the title of this is a reference to that).
(Relevant to the plot) Mods used in the save that I’m using as a reference in this:

Also, the Farmer is an OC of mine named Clara and will not be in the chat (at least, for now. No idea if future me will add her in). I intend for Clara to be as chaotic as the farmer from the fic that inspired this, but idk if i achieved that lol.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Clara had kids before moving to the valley. They’re triplets, and around Vincent and Jas’s age. They will be mentioned, and their names are Ezra, Elias, and Elizabeth. They don’t help on the farm beyond feeding and petting animals, since they’re too young for that. They’re tutored by Penny pn the same days as Vincent and Jas.
