“Oh my god, I love you,” she breathes, and then she’s gulping down the steaming liquid, oblivious to the way Angela’s head snaps around so fast that her hair, still down, slaps against her face in a dramatic show of shock.
Tim laughs, his chest rumbling, as he takes a drink of his own coffee.
“I, unfortunately, know what you’re like in the mornings now, Chen. Bringing you coffee is just a public service, really.”
Lucy half heartedly flips Tim off, and Angela isn’t the only one staring now. Nyla, next to her, is repeatedly punching her shoulder, eyes wide and mouth open, and Angela laughs but shakes her head.

“Wait a minute,” Steve said out loud.
Natasha glanced at him. “What?”
“Peter can kick a guy across the room, but he can't throw Tony off him?” Steve asked, mentally replaying the way Tony had playfully manhandled Peter.
Natasha shrugged. “He could.”
Steve furrowed his brows. “But he didn't.”
“Why would he have?” Natasha raised a brow at Steve.
Steve didn’t know how to answer that.
