Summary
Steven's life is a mess, in hopes of making him feel better, Greg contacts his Uncle Stanford and asks if Steven can spend the summer with him. Steven just wants to experience what it's like to be seen as human, but these little cousins of his are making it very hard to keep his powers hidden when they're always putting themselves in danger.

Summary
Steven's fine, really, he's like, basically recovered from his emotional outburst that caused him to poof, a thing he wasn't aware he was even able to do until right then. Honestly, he just wants to go on a nice road trip and experience being human for a bit. ...too bad his dad has other ideas. (Essentially instead of letting Steven go on a road trip by himself at 16, Greg calls up his Uncle Stan, who lives in Gravity Falls, Oregon, and asks if Steven can stay with him for the summer. I just really like the idea of Steven and the Pine twins being cousins.)
