It's not a secret that Gao's heart has always been too much for his body to handle.
Even standing at a whopping 205.4 cm isn't enough to contain all of his big boy emotions, and they spill out of him unfettered and incredibly unceremoniously. How he hasn't been ruthlessly pried apart and picked at by others is a mystery to him, but he figures no one dared to, looking at him.
It only gets worse when he's sick, and he wants nothing more than to hide away from the world than expose all of his vulnerabilities.
