Summary
The Ministry of Magic passed the Wizarding Marriage Act of 2002, requiring all unmarried witches and wizards of a certain age to marry their Ministry assigned matches and produce an heir within two years.
It was met with outrage, which fizzled into acceptance, which slumped into compliance, except from two very outspoken powerful opponents of the law, Hermione Granger and Severus Snape.
And it had absolutely nothing to do with the fact that they were matched to each other.
By mid-2003, they were some of the last holdouts of the early matches, and the Ministry took it into their own hands to force the pair together.
Faced with an impossible choice, Azkaban or marriage, they decide the best way to defeat the law is from within it.- Language:

Summary
In official practice, Scent Theory was a private clinic whose aim was to soothe afflicted Alphas utilizing a treatment plan of skin-to-skin therapy. Or as Lavender had renamed it, cuddle sessions. Unofficially, Hermione found herself as an accidental matchmaker for feral Alphas and omegas.

Summary
Hermione Granger thought being the Hogwarts’ Matron would make her life quieter, until Severus Snape stormed back into it like a gothic fever dream with cheekbones sharp enough to file paperwork on.
Enter Draco Malfoy: agent of chaos, self-appointed matchmaker, and menace to the entire staff table. With a talent for melodrama and his disastrously timed pelvic thrusts, he is determined to shove Hermione and Severus together whether they like it or not. (They don’t.... They definitely do. They’re both in denial.)
