“You have no idea what you’re talking about,” Derek said, his eyes flashing.
“Fuck’s sake,” Stiles laughed bitterly.
“You think you know everything, but you don’t, Stiles. Stay out of my business,” Derek said, low and harsh.
Stiles rolled his eyes, shaking his head. “Why do you make it so hard to care about you?”

Mithrun stood frozen, still trembling with adrenaline. He could see the dog’s playful eyes, its mouth slightly open in a goofy expression as its tail thumped against the ground. Not aggressive? Mithrun thought, feeling the flush of embarrassment begin to heat his cheeks.
