Emily pulls away, and then tries to go back in all too late because then Linda Barnes came into the picture. Emily deals with the aftermath as she tries to fix the BAU and her relationships within her team, the most difficult going to be Jennifer Jareau, the woman that hasn't left her mind since the day they met.
this is my first fan fiction, and im new to a03 but im learning. will try to update often, and I'm still figuring out format and tagging and things of the sort. sorry for any mistakes in my writing i try to edit as much as i can but im human and i miss things. this is very much jemily btw
EDIT: Seven months later i swear the writing gets relatively better after the first few chapters. i went back to fix plot holes and formatting in those chapters as well.
