The one-time Tim has his mother all to himself, he goes and catches the flu. Janet makes him some food, and the memory maybe sticks with Tim somewhat subconsciously. Sometimes the rare moments stay with you more than you'd expect.
A fic combining my 'Janet was not an ice-cold witch' and 'Tim's love language is soup' agendas for the sake of mother-son cuddles. Because Tim is always due for a snuggle.
