Summary
When Louis drinks from him, it’s the only time that Lestat’s mind is open to him, laid bare beyond that impenetrable barrier that separates them usually, and in the blood there is always the full truth, only the truth.
And Louis wants to weep with the onslaught of pure love in it, the sheer force of Lestat’s emotions for him, the perfect image of himself that Lestat’s consciousness paints.
